Project LINK - The administrative arm of The Back to School Coalition of Hillsborough County is a nonprofit, 501 (c)(3), organization. Since our inception in 1989, we have been committed to promoting academic achievement, expanding access to community service providers, and improving the quality of life for nearly 98,000 families via targeted case management, school readiness programs, academic enrichment activities, and empowerment workshops focusing on self-sufficiency for parents that reside in the Tampa Bay area.
